There is a lot of concern that messaging bots will replace humans. Well, the real answer is yes, there will be some replacement. But where an automated service is replacing a human it is because it is more efficient, costs less, and the work being performed is not engaging work. This is where automation should take the place of humans. Repurpose humans for intellectual positions. Ones that require thought, decision-making skills and that ‘personal touch’.
